Hello and thanks for reading. Last time we talked about social media and some ways to utilize them. Today were going to talk about putting yourself on a schedule. A team properly motivated can achieve greatness. The problem is with intentions. You know how it is we start off on fire with our project or company and then we cool off. Those things we use to do daily or weekly, now were luck to do them weekly or monthly. Team be consistent with yourself! Whether you work full time from home or still have the Day job, write yourself a schedule. You may have invested A million dollars or Two hundred dollars in your business, treat them the same! Financial Freedom is the goal, lets face it social security may not be here when we retire. Now is the time to act! I am developing weekly plans for my team to use as a guideline for Internet marketing as well as face to face marketing.. Work hard today so tomorrow you wont have an uphill battle to make ends meat!

Social Media Tips!

Team it is so good to be here today talking about social media. I want to narrow it down and talk about Face Book. I want to help you not become that guy! The one who tries to hard sell you all his merchandise and expertise and you don't known him very well. Team here is the thing, take it easy and be yourself. Open up and let us know and learn about you. What kind of music do you like! Did you just go to an amazing concert? Time is what you have to put into Face Book if you want people to come seek you as an expert. Offer value in your content. They don't owe you a thing. Build your image the right way and over time you will have much success. Short term you need a social site that people expect and welcome business overtures. Are you a good listener?
Hey Welcome back,
In my first post we talked about my beginnings and my path to today! I want to talk a few minutes on being a good listener. Obviously listening and acting are two different things. People want to know you care about them and listening is the best way. When I was in a previous company in a different life I would listen and act upon the advice. Then following that I would Wonder why I didn't have the same success as my up line! I want to challenge you to do two things one is be a good listener and The second is to do some research before you jump off the deep end. The way I used to build my company 95% of the people were failing including me and we were all doing what we were taught to do. There is a better way and you don't have to hound your friends and family! That's right I said it, no hounding the friends! Here is a concept, why not market to the people already looking for what your offering! makes since doesn't it! You need to build an on line presence and this wont happen overnight! I have done allot of leg work so my team wont have to! They still have to work if they want to succeed but they have a blue print! Next time we will touch on social media! Stay tuned and God Bless!

Hi,
My name is Gerald D. Friend JR I am happily married and have 6 great kids 5 boys and 1 girl. I graduated High School in 1986 from Nathan Hale H.S. in Tulsa OK. I joined the service and spent six years in the U.S. Army including two years in Germany and a Tour in Iraq, Operation Desert Storm! I was a restaurant manager by trade working 50-70 hours plus per week making the corporate world rich. Meanwhile My family lived pay check to paycheck and I hardly ever saw them! Over the years I have tried different work from home or MLM companies to no avail. I had the right idea just not much support until recently. I currently work full time from my home and set my own schedule. Don't get me wrong I work hard, I just work hard with all the efforts going to me and My family. Speaking of family my team is like family to me. I feel the need to take care of my team, no I'm not paying rent what I mean is give advice, support, motivation or a kick in the pants if needed!
