Hey Welcome back,
In my first post we talked about my beginnings and my path to today! I want to talk a few minutes on being a good listener. Obviously listening and acting are two different things. People want to know you care about them and listening is the best way. When I was in a previous company in a different life I would listen and act upon the advice. Then following that I would Wonder why I didn't have the same success as my up line! I want to challenge you to do two things one is be a good listener and The second is to do some research before you jump off the deep end. The way I used to build my company 95% of the people were failing including me and we were all doing what we were taught to do. There is a better way and you don't have to hound your friends and family! That's right I said it, no hounding the friends! Here is a concept, why not market to the people already looking for what your offering! makes since doesn't it! You need to build an on line presence and this wont happen overnight! I have done allot of leg work so my team wont have to! They still have to work if they want to succeed but they have a blue print! Next time we will touch on social media! Stay tuned and God Bless!
